Researchers at UCLA say men who want to improve the quality of their sperm should eat two handfuls of walnuts daily.
The participants, 117 men ages 21-35, were divided into two groups. During the 12-week study one group ate 75 grams of walnuts and the other group avoided nuts.
"We found a significant improvement in sperm parameters in the group that consumed the walnuts. The men who ate no tree nuts saw no change," says lead author Wendie Robbins.
