Ikea to Open Budget Hotel Chain - Without Ikea Furniture
 

Scandinavian furniture retailer Ikea said it plans to launch a chain of budget hotels in Europe.

Exec Harald Muller revealed "There is no Ikea furniture in it. It is not an Ikea hotel. It´s a continuation of our normal investment activities in real estate."

Ikea will most likely open the first of its 100 low-cost hotels in 2014.

Because it is a ´budget hotel´ they don´t want the vagrants who will be staying there to ruin their good furniture..
I am sure when they come out with a luxury hotel, that hotel WILL include Ikea furniture...

  If the hotels are anything like Ikea stores...
