CNN´s Anderson Cooper Comes Out as Gay

CNN reporter Anderson Cooper announced on Monday that he is gay. "The fact is, I’m gay, always have been, always will be, and I couldn’t be any more happy, comfortable with myself, and proud," he wrote in a letter to a fellow gay journalist.

CNN said it would not comment on the issue.

Cooper is the anchor of CNN´s "AC360" and host of the daytime talk show "Anderson".
