"Radiohead" Stage Collapse Kills Crew Member

A man has been killed when a stage collapsed ahead of a Radiohead concert at Downsview Park in Toronto, Canada. The victim was identified as Scott Johnson, 33 of Doncaster, England, a drum technician of Radiohead and the U.K. band Keane.

The top part of the stage collapsed on the man. He died of a "heavy, crushing injury" and was declared dead at the scene. An investigation is expected to determine what caused the stage to come crashing down.

Another man, 45 was transported to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Two others were treated on the scene for less serious injuries. The gig was canceled.
