Greece to Vote for New Parliament and Whether to Remain in the Eurozone

Greeks vote on Sunday in a second general election whether their indebted country remains in the eurozone or leaves the euro to revert to the drachma.

The election is expected to be close between the pro-bailout New Democracy conservative party and the anti-austerity radical leftist Syriza party.

Syriza´s leader has vowed to cancel the bailout but says Greece should stay in the eurozone. The only party that wants to cancel all debt, leave the European union and abondon the euro is the communist KKE.

where in the article, or any other article about this, does it say that any of the relevant political parties want to leave the Eurozone?

Quote from the source:
"Syriza leader Alexis Tsipras continued his populist refrain in the last campaign rally Thursday, ruling out an exit from the eurozone but also lashing out at Germany, seen as the chief architect of the austerity package"

"...ruling out an exit from the Eurozone..." - isn´t that clear enough?

Yeah but Alexis Tsipras is a fool.
HE and all of Greece have been told Comply or your Out. So him saying we are Not going to Comply means they are getting kicked out. Him saying he is going to magically change the already too leniant position of France and Germany to something even more leniant is ridiculous. His Position is NOT possible his Policy is Irresponsible Lies he cannot possibly achieve. it´s Time for Greeks to Suck it up and pay back their debts which means cutting spending. His proposals mean increased spending when Greece cant even afford half of what it currently spends.

edie: sorry bout the negative rating. I was just getting pi**ed off about the "end of the Euro" panic that was being spread everywhere. Shouldn´t have rated or commented in that mood, my bad.

veya: Fools, all of them(politicians) anyway. And yes, nobody is going to be able to wave their magic wand and pull Greece out of the sh**. Sad thing is that even if everyone in Greece paid their taxes, it wouldn´t make a significant difference. Now even less than before.
