Florida: Man Arrested for Plotting Bomb Attacks

Authorities in Florida say they arrested 25-year-old Sami Osmakac, an immigrant from Yugoslavia, for an alleged plot to attack various locations, like night clubs, with a car bomb in Tampa, Florida.

Osmakac was caught while trying to buy explosives and firearms, including grenades, Uzis and an AK-47, from an undercover agent.

He also told the agent he wanted to "build bombs that could be placed in three different vehicles and detonated remotely" and "get in somewhere where there´s a lot of people" and "take hostages".
