Surprise front runner, Herman Cain in a whirlpool of scandalous press has dropped out of the race. The latest accuser claims a friends-with-benefits relationship with the presidential hopeful that lasted 13 years.
By not actually calling it quits Cain can still accept political donations to cover his campaign and push for his political views on foreign policy and tax reform.
Cain has merely suspended his campaign.
