In two days, the price of Nintendo´s 3DS will drop from $249.99 to $169.99 in the U.S. (ShortNews reported). Yesterday, Nintendo has announced that a "flame red" version of the device will be launched in September.

Conveniently, the launch of Sony´s Playstation Vita handheld was postponed to next year.
