"New" Delhi

In an effort to beautify its illustrious capital, India has handed a "to-do" list to its Delhiites.

Delhiites are instructed to stray from lewd acts such as public urination and spitting. Billboards and websites are buzzing with the revamped attitude of beauty and sophistication.

New Delhi expects thousands upon thousands of tourists to visit later this year. Hoping to send back raving guests, "courtesy" is the message that is flowing through the cosmopolitan metropolis.
