Dr. Pepper Vows to Keep "Chinese Democracy" Promise

Drinks manufacturer Dr. Pepper has announced that it will honour its promise of delivering a drink to every American if Guns N' Roses released their new album, "Chinese Democracy" by the end of 2008. The promise was made in March.

"Chinese Democracy" is set to be released next month, after a 15 year-long wait for fans. The album has been in the making for a decade. Dr. Pepper will allow fans to log on to their web site on the release date and sign up for their free drink.

Great marketing...'s taken so long for this album to come out that it will have it's place in history and whenever anyone talks about the amount of time it took Dr Pepper will get a mention.

  Anyone want mine???
I never touch the stuff.

I only have one question..... Should it be shelved with new releases or classic rock?

If the company does not live up to it's promise I can sue them! :)

if your right about only being open for 24 hours, then your right you will miss out, the amount of traffic will crash the web server I am sure. no one will be able to get on.
