  error in summary

its not the 49th story. it was the ninth.

i got to thinking... christ. the 49th floor? .. there wouldnt be anything left of him but toenails and a bit of liquid goo.

  My heart

It bleeds.

Maybe they should make it a permanent option. You can go deal with the inmates who'll pass you around like a new chew toy, or you can go off the balcony.

  I was going to say

49th floor! I have never seen a courthouse that tall. My mother works in a 50 story tower (same guy that designed the WTC) so just imagine the plunge straight down from that.

  This

would help reduce overcrowding in prisons. Upon conviction, throw the bum out the window. Just have to make sure all courthouses are on upper floors.

  Okay..

So how would you deal with wrongful convictions?

  @judge

I don't get it, why does he get 20 years when a lot of these other murderers I've heard about get 5 years?

  I wonder

If there was ANYONE yelling "Don't do it! You have so much to live for!"

  @silentrage

which murderers only got five years?

  by: jamesmc   03/06/2008 10:35 AM
  @kolman

Haha. And then trailing off with, "... You know... after... prison."

Maybe not murder in the first but like manslaughter and murder 3.

  Whoo

Yeah! Kill every last one! Serves them right, how dare anyone get into a position where the state pays a lawyer to try and find someone guilty no matter what and not win! Hope that teaches them something.

  I'd have been more impressed

If he'd landed on a drug dealer or George Bush. Kill two turkeys with one jump.

This could catch on. Maybe even rate it's own TV show, like American Idol.

Anyone want to think up a catchy name for this TV show?
