“You Won’t Be a Virgin For Long Baby” Janitor Nabbed in Police Sting
A 44-year-old janitor at a middle school in Lino Lakes, Minnesota has been nabbed in a police sting designed to capture older men involved in inappropriate communication with young teenage girls.
The janitor, William Peter Foxley was caught sending text messages to a 15 year old saying " We will rule the water/funn park!! And have funn in the changing room!!! ... Trust me u won't be a virgin for long baby..!!"
During a police search of the janitors home officials confiscated marijuana plants, adult pornography and his phone, Foxley’s hearing has been set for April 9th.
Because this is the American way. Porn is legal and it is the biggest Internet business, but when police raid you on any sexual charges, they will paint you red allover and first thing the public will know is that you are a PERVERT, as you said it yourself.
I agree that this man is scum, and deserves everything he gets for messing with an underage girl, the instrument of his indiscretion was his cellphine which he used to send text messages. That should have in no way generated a warrant to search the house for anything other than the cell phone IF he was aprehended at home. If he was taken into custody on the street, or at his office, then the house should have been off limits, and the marijuana should not have been touchable, or able to be held against him.
I don't really think he is a sicko in as much as he is just a plain idiot.
People need to seperate pedophile, someone who molests an undeveloped child or baby vs an idiot, a man who goes on dates with developed 15 year olds.
She is not a victim in the general sense of the word.
She is an accessory to a crime if she participated in flirting with him.

And when you have the modern teen in mind who by the way is probably an accessory to this crime, it's hard to actually call them a victim in as much as they were a willing participant.
It's hard to call a physically developed B cup, who is wearing a skirt that shows her panties and a top that has her cleavage popping out who probably said the F word 10 times before her first period English class, and has said some derogatory statement to one of her class mates a victim.
It does not make the 44 year old right. In fact his actions are very wrong but at the same time it's a huge stretch to call him a Pedophile.
A Pedophile is the primary or exclusive sexual attraction by adults to prepubescent children. Not a developed 15 year old.

While I agree with a lot of what you are saying, these kids aren't growing up. Being forced to work at 12 to support your family is growing up quickly. When kids in the developing world have responsibility thrust upon them at a young age, that is growing up too quickly. Being a rich kid in a rich world, without responsibility, is not growing up. However, these rich children are "sexualised" at an early age, and this is worrisome.

I think QA is referring to the base human instincts, however we have evolved a social structure which attempts to improve on these base instincts.
For example, you might feel a base instinct to bash QA over the head with a heavy, blunt instrument because of his comments, but social restraint would probably stop you from doing this and you might instead just yell at him.

so what im reading is just because a kid is born in to rich country. Basically means they can't experience growing up as fast say compared to some one in the developing world because they have to "support" their family's? but i guess that means every one who's born in a rich country, clearly is rich and get every thing handed to them and they live a care free life AM I RaIGHt ;p ;)

My how this thread has turn into another bout of emotional mudslinging, while abandoning reasoning and ideas. Because I am not a parent, I may speaking as a fool here, but what about this situation? A father of a teenager is in surprise when his little girl which he has clothed and fed returns from the mall wearing an outfit that sports both inappropriate cleavage from both the front and back, and he is given an eyeful that not very much later provides the emotional response to his kid to cover up. When he looked at her, was he leering? He is her father, and God knows, he wasn't any sort of perverted parent. He also knows, that other men his age around him may develop the same sort of response. It embarrasses him that his daughter looks this way; it also tramples on his own pride because some may see him a failure of a parent (even though this idea may be irrelevant). People have eyes, and noticing your environment around you and the people therein does not always constitute perverted leering. It sometimes does, but not always. I guess the only way to tell are the actions that follow.

Precisely and kids in general always test us as ADULTS, it is up the adult to teach the young the right way, do you agree? Teens are in the middle a maturing body with a brain not quite formed, I am a parent and I know.
Lucky for me my child is old fashioned even more so than myself, and I thank God for that!
