According to a Hong Kong study, Chinese men shouldn't feel inferior about the size of their penises. The study showed that Chinese men measured up to others elsewhere in the world below the belt.
"Our conclusion is that Hong Kong people are no smaller than western men, where their penises are concerned,” said Chan Lung-wai, who is director of the Urology Center at the Union Hospital, and who was in charge of the study.
The study did not measure erect penises, and found that the average length of their soft penises was 8.46 centimeters (3.4 inches) compared to Germans at 8.6 centimeters, Israelis 8.3, Turks 7.8 and Filipinos 7.35. Italians had the longest.

The study was done to make the Chinese men feel good about themselves! "Oh yes! We have a adequate penis, smaller than the Italians but longer than the Turks and Filipinos!". Besides, shouldnt we be judging how good one is in bed be more important than your penis size? C'mon, a big penis is useless if you suck in bed! I rest my case. You may now all point, laugh etc.
Penis' which are considered small by most standards while soft, can grow to be very large by most standards (I am of course using my own as a basis for this) I never really liked taking public showers when I was younger, because while soft, I looked a lot smaller, but I knew that while erect, I was above average in size. This is definately a biased study.
a) Sexually, the size of a penis when erect is determined by the ability of the 'sponge' to expand, and the skin to accomodate the expansion. The smaller flacid penis can - and often does - expand to a greater than average size when angry.
b) Girth is more important for sexual stimulation than length. Deep penetration is actually painful for many females.
c) The average vagina is only 3 inches deep when unaroused, and the cervix retracts during arousal, providing a 'tunnel' that varies from 6 to 10 inches deep.
d) Impact to the cervix can cause extreme pain, and can induce the formation of cervical cancer and lesions.
If you're an American or European and get the chance to travel in the vicinity of some Asian night clubs, be sure to go. The girls know about the size difference. If your halfway good looking, your all set.

4) Hong Kong study? A WHO or CDC study would be much more accurate. Though no threats of diseases, lets just say a research in comparison with race/nationality of prostate cancer and penis size.... also please, soft does NOT count.... It is absolutley true that Chinese men DO have small penises, I worked in China for 8 years and had several chinese men friends who when to the sauna but were afraid to take off their towels!! also why do you think Chinese chick prefer western men?????
