France: 1,000 Refugees Prevented From Entering the Country Since Deadly Attacks

FranceĀ“s interior minister Bernard Cazeneuve said on Saturday that the country denied entry to 1,000 refugees since the terrorist attacks in Paris.

"Since we brought back border controls, nearly 1,000 people have been denied entry to the national territory because of the risk they represented," Cazeneuve explained.

He also said that 4,000 individuals have been questioned at nearly 300 border control points and 2,000 houses have been searched.
