Internet Privacy May Be Completely Gone by 2025, Experts Say

Digital privacy may be entirely gone by 2025, a study by the Pew Research Center suggests.

2,500 technology experts were asked whether a "trusted privacy-rights infrastructure" will be in place in 2025 and 55 percent said "no".

"Public norms will continue to trend toward the desire for more privacy, while people´s actions will tend toward giving up more and more control over their data," says Joe Kochan, the chief operating officer for US Ignite.
